Paul is late and Gina waits impatiently, annoyed he hasn't checked in. When he arrives he comments on her clothes and says he's waiting on a call from his lawyer. Gina thinks he's avoiding talking.
Paul decided not to send the letter and told his lawyers to proceed with the case. His lawyer calls, saying the judge threw the case out. Gina congratulates him and asks how it went with his patients. Paul tells her he's decided to leave therapy.
