Bored To Death

Show summary
In Season 3 Jonathan will continue to put his sleuthing skills to the test for a myriad of clients, while going on a very personal quest to find his biological father.

Meanwhile, stoner/mentor George Christopher (Ted Danson), having cut ties with Edition magazine at the end of Season 2, opens a restaurant and attempts to remedy his parenting mistakes with his daughter Emily (Halley Feiffer).

Jonathan’s cartoonist pal Ray (Zach Galifianakis), suffers a bit of post-traumatic stress disorder from his Season 2 Brooklyn Comic-Con stabbing, he learns about fatherhood firsthand when the lesbian couple who bought his sperm on the black market gets in contact with him after they divorce.


In Season 2, Jason Schwartzman returns as Jonathan, who has also decided to be a teacher in a night class in creative writing, though few of his students have any idea who he is. He also continues to hang out with (and enlist the help of) his pal, a laconic, hen-pecked cartoonist named Ray (Zach Galifianakis).
