The cult favourite TV show returns as a feature film! Space traveller Mike Nelson and his robot friends are forced to watch "This Island Earth" by the evil Dr Clayton Forrester, who, as a result of a difficult childhood, has chosen to exact his revenge by conducting bizarre, not-so-scientific experiments by finding the worst movies ever made and bring the planet to its knees.

With Mike and his friends providing their trademark brand of quippy and hilarious side commentary, B-movies will never be the same.

In 1988 Mystery Science Theater 3000 was conceived by Joes Hodgson, a stand-up comedian now writer, and Jim Mallon, a production manager now director, and debuted on KTMA-TV, which was the beginning of a 22-episode series.
