Synopsis
Oscar nominee Sylvester Stallone and Billy Dee Williams star as New York cops teaming up in an elite anti-terrorist squad out to end the killing spree of a mad bomber in New York. As the German terrorist bring the world to its knees it's up to this pair of freedom fighters to stop him - but will they be in time?

Also starring are Golden Globe nominee Lindsay Wagner and Golden Globe winner Rutger Hauer.

Trivia: the IND Hoyt-Schermerhorn station in Brooklyn was used for both the 57th St. and 42nd St. subway station scenes; when the original director left the project Sylvester Stallone directed the train chase.
